  The customer service I received when calling three times for advice was second to none. Jemma is an asset to your company. I’m part of a big firm that relies on customer service and she was excellent. The cabin itself is well made, much better than the one we replaced. The instructions needed a good re-read a few times and think they could be simplified but good use of pictures. Thanks again Jemma.

  Start on a good note. The shed is great and at a really good price. The guys that did the installation were hard workers, even through a snow storm. The not so good news is the way the office relies totally on 'the system'. There were an awful lot of instructions about providing details of the base for the shed and it took three attempts before the company said they had the photos I emailed. Maybe a System error, more of which later. So it took a while before they would book a delivery. I also had to wait for them to offer a date for delivery which is not as advertised but, to be fair, this might be because I live in Scotland, so it's not exactly local. My first delivery date of the shed should have been cancelled because of heavy snow but the system wasn't working and they couldn't take a message when I rang to cancel. The guys therefore did a 400 mile round trip for nothing. I am happy with the shed though and would consider the company again if needed, although something a bit closer might be more practical.

  I cannot believe what I have read in previous reviews. This was the best customer service I have ever received. Delivery was efficient and the construction team superb. The shed is excellent.
