  I practice martial arts frequently and recently started running and found I had a lot of pains in my quads and hamstrings, so I looked up sports massage on Google and found a very professional webpage for Balance massage. I contacted Janet and she fitted me in as soon as I could attend the appointment. The massage room is very relaxing and in quiet clean surroundings with a warm welcoming atmosphere. Janet performs an outstanding service and is very professional. She listened to the type of exercise I do and where I had pain and made an accurate assessment of what needed to be done to help the stiffness and pain. After the treatment I felt great the pain had gone. I do train frequently so I know I will definitely be making regular visits to Janet at Balance massage

  Very pleasant and professional service. After falling from my horse and injuring my back, I contacted Janet and she helpfully designed a treatment plan for me. I was quickly back to my competition fitness and continue to visit Janet for regular holistic and sports massage.
