Appalling customer service. If you have a problem with something you've purchased, by-pass the Store Manager because he's obnoxious and arrogant. Instead, go straight to Trading Standards and then Head Office. Or avoid encountering any problems in the 1st instance and go to a quality jewellers to start with.
