  Biggest mistake of my life moving from O2 to go with EE. The sales assistant male with curly hair assured me it's a monthly sim contract and I could amend my monthly contract when I needed and I could cancel my contract within a month if I wanted to. Something o have done with O2 which was never a problem. In a way it was my fault because I should of read the contract, but as I trusted O2 and the guy at the EE seemed to be so accommodating I signed the contract. Until a few weeks later I would like to apply extra on my monthly contract to be told I couldn't do it because I signed a year contract. That is not what I asked for and that is not what the guy at the EE shop promised me. I feel completely robbed. They did the same to my boyfriend getting him to sign a contract that weren't true to our circumstances at the time. Horrible customer service the worst I have ever had these people do not know what they are doing the only thing they are good at is lieing to you. When this contract finishes I am returning to O2 yes it's more expensive, but at least you receive outstanding customer service from them. Very, very disappointed with EE not just with the EE Wisbech store but with the telephone customer service too. Horrible, they don't even deserve 1 star unfortunately you have to pick one.
