  I wanted a cycle helmet for safety reasons and looked on line. There I discoverd someone saying it is better to go to a shop and try one on. I am very glad that I did as I would have ended buying a helmet too big. The service I received from this shop was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble. I tried on a helmet which was too big and they produced a smaller one which was perfect. They were very happy to show me other items that I wanted to buy, but not that day. They were very helpful. I shall definately be going back because shops that give good service like this derserve our patronage.

  Got my first 'decent' road bike here at a very good price. The customer service was excellent. I've subsequently taken the bike back for a service which was completed promptly and the problems I'd had with it were rectified. Would recommend a trip to this LBS over hit-and-miss Halfords any day of the week.
